On Air Details
Once two pm rolls around you'd better turn on the radio and choose 101.7 for your listening pleasure.  Two pm would be the time to make sure that you do this, I say, for that is the time that I start broadcasting from the Fox studios.  Before two, I am not on the air.   After two I am on the air.  But only until seven.  Of course, you are more than welcome to experience the wonder that is 101.7 at any time during the day.  My point though, is that from two in the afternoon until seven is the time that you can hear me.

In no particular order....

This boy's name is Trent Reznor.  He's pretty.

The man that no other would stand a  chance against- William Shatner.  I love him.

Christopher Walken is THE man.  No two ways about it.

Yeah, that's right.  Sam Jackson.  Look at those eyes. Plus, he can be a little scary at times.  So I wouldn't worry about being robbed if I was with him.

Wes Bentley.  He was in  American Beauty... he's pretty okay to look at.

Maynard James Keenan-  He is the lead singer of a rock band called "TOOL" so he's pretty hardcore.  But he also runs a vineyard in California and makes his own wine.  He's got a sensitive side.  And a nice backside (I'm talking about his tushie)

Love Your Job—but Hate Your Boss?

During these tough economic and jobless times, most of us don't have the real option of quitting when we hate our bosses. We need the job.

Here are three things anyone can do in this situation:

1. Write a journal about it. One woman would journal what happened whenever her boss upset her. Rereading the entries at a later, less emotional time helped her gain perspective.

2. Analyze your own self. How's your attitude, your own work habits? Can you improve the situation by doing better yourself?

Bosses happen to like those employees who do better, more than those who don't. In other words, make your boss love your performance.

3. If you do Nos. 1 and 2, and you still hate the boss, then you have two remaining options—discuss it openly with him (first), then with HR, and/or prepare your exit strategy.
